By accessing and using the Cleveland Plumbing Supply Company/Complete Plumbing Source (“Cleveland Plumbing Supply”, “Complete Plumbing Source”, “we,” or “us”) Web site (the “Site”), you agree, on your own behalf and on behalf of any corporation or other legal entity that you represent or for which you access the Site (your “Company”), to be bound by and comply with the following terms and conditions of use (these “Terms”) and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
ORDER PLACEMENT
After placing an order through our site, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging we have received your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by Cleveland Plumbing Supply/Complete Plumbing Source.
SHIPPING

ORDER TRACKING
Orders may ship from multiple locations. A tracking number(s) will be provided via e-mail when your order is shipped.
BACK ORDERS AND NON-STOCK ITEMS
We will contact you if an item is on back order that may hold up a shipment. Non-stock or special-order product lead times will be given to you once your order is reviewed.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
The price of our products is the price in force on the date and time on which your order is processed. We make every effort to ensure that the pricing on our site is accurate. As our site contains a large number of products it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. Pricing will reflect all delivery charges as well as state and local taxes.
When you place your order with Cleveland Plumbing Supply/Complete Plumbing Source, your credit card is charged at the time of order regardless of in-stock or back-order status.
If you have a credit account through Cleveland Plumbing Supply/Complete Plumbing Source your order will be charged up to your company credit limit.
