Defective Product

Defective product must be returned during manufactures warranty period. Completeplumbingsource.com will provide a shipping label for return within the first 30 days after purchase. After 30 days return shipping will be the customer responsibility. Completeplumbingsource.com will need to be contacted before any defective product returns. Upon approval Completeplumbingsource.com will issue an RGA. This RGA and the original receipt must be included with the returned item. No credit will be issued until Completeplumbingsource.com receives the manufacturer's approval.

If you purchased the wrong product

Please contact us first before returning the product/products and include: invoice number, the product/products you wish to return, and the the reason for the return. All stock items are subject to a 10% restocking charge. A stock item refers to any item we stock in our warehouse. We will waive any restocking charges on stock items if a replacement item is ordered. With the exception of items that ship UPS dimensional weight, such as septic risers, PEX tubing, and PE tubing. These items will be charged the 10% restock because of the high cost of shipping. Any item that is direct shipped from the manufacturer will be charged a minimum of a 10% restocking charge. This percentage will vary based on the manufacturers return policy. Also any item that includes free shipping is subject to a 10% restocking charge. Completeplumbingsource will issue a shipping return label at the customers request but is the responsibility of the buyer. Credit will not be issued until we receive the product. No returns after 30 days.

Please note: All material must be in original undamaged packaging.

Please contact us first before returning the product/products and include: invoice number and the incorrect item. Completeplumbingsource.com will provide a shipping label for the return. Credit will not be issued until we receive product.

Important Note: NEVER, under any circumstances should a shipment be refused. We ship from our warehouse and from multiple vendors. We can not ensure the item will get back to us for credit, if a return is not handled without contacting us first. Additionally, UPS charges a $23.50 redirect fee per package plus return shipping which will be taken from the refund if any refund is available.
